We Can: Replace/Issue Credit for damaged delivered items (with photo proof) Exchange wrongly shipped items Issue a Credit for wrongly shipped items (we will send you a return label) Refund/Credit for lost or undelivered product (verified by shipping company UPS/FedEx etc.) Refund/Credit for changing your mind (within 2 days of delivery & less shipping cost) for unopened product.
WILL NOT: Issue a Refund/Credit for opened product. (Sorry)

That includes: names, address, city, state, zip, telephone, likes or dislike (we have no idea), height, weight, first borns name, shoe size, lovers name (well maybe that one) etc...
